3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The Business and its users must not use Vitrinoro to create, upload, link, transmit, promote or facilitate:

unlawful content or conduct, or content that violates a binding court, regulator, registry or platform order;

child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery or credible threats of violence;

infringement or misappropriation of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, database, confidential-information or other rights;

impersonation, phishing, fraud, deceptive reviews, counterfeit goods, misleading pricing, hidden fees or materially false business claims;

malware, credential theft, unauthorised access, vulnerability exploitation, denial-of-service, circumvention of limits or interference with the service;

unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful tracking or marketing without the required consent, identification and unsubscribe mechanism;

discriminatory, harassing, hateful or defamatory content unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction;

sale or promotion of illegal or prohibited goods/services, or regulated goods/services without required licence, age gate and disclosure;

dangerous medical, financial, legal or other professional claims presented without required qualification, authorisation or substantiation;

collection or publication of personal data without a lawful basis and required notice, or of highly sensitive data through a feature not designed for it;

domain abuse, cybersquatting, deceptive redirects, DNS interference or attempts to take control of a third party’s domain;

content or activity designed to evade enforcement or assist another person in violating this Policy.

The Business is responsible for its staff, content, embedded services, sector rules and customer communications. Vitrinoro may investigate, limit distribution, disable specific content, suspend integrations, unpublish a site, preserve evidence or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address risk, a valid notice, this Policy or law. Where permitted and practicable, Vitrinoro will consider context, severity, recurrence and proportionality, give reasons and an appeal route. Immediate action may occur for urgent safety, security, legal or infrastructure risk.

Report suspected violations to legal@vitrinoro.com or the published content-reporting route. Good-faith reports must identify the content/location, explain the grounds and provide enough information to assess the report. Knowingly false or abusive notices are prohibited. A Business may appeal an enforcement decision by replying to the statement of reasons or writing to legal@vitrinoro.com with the decision reference and supporting facts.
